GOLDEN, Colo.—A suburban Denver man who pleaded guilty to threatening to kill the president has pleaded guilty to allegations that he told his therapist he wanted to shoot schoolchildren last Halloween.
KMGH-TV in Denver reports ( ) Mitchell Kenneth Kusick of Westminster was sentenced to probation Thursday in Jefferson County. He had been charged with interference with a school.
On Wednesday in Denver, Kusick pleaded guilty to a federal charge of threatening to kill the president. He was sentenced to time served, plus three years of probation. He had been held since making the threats last fall.
Kusick was arrested after his therapist called police to report the threats.
