A peachy weekend in Palisade

Evergreen winefest
The fourth annual Bootstraps Western Winefest is Saturday from noon to 5 p.m. at the Evergreen Rodeo Fairgrounds. The event features wineries from the Front Range and the Western Slope, as well live entertainment and demonstrations from local chefs. Free Aspen Shakespear series
Aspen’s free Shakespeare in the Park series takes place through Aug. 31 at Galena Plaza. This summer’s production is Romeo and Juliet. Each performance begins at 6 p.m. Performance dates vary.
