A fatal motorcycle-pickup truck crash closed Colorado 119 in Gilpin County Friday afternoon.
It is unclear when the highway will reopen.
The motorcycle rider, out of Oklahoma, was declared dead on the scene, said Colorado State Patrol Trooper Josh Lewis.
The driver of the truck, a 32-year-old man, was not injured, Lewis said.
The preliminary investigation suggests the motorcycle rider was at fault, Lewis said.
