Country star headlined the third annual in Littleton’s Clement Park on Sunday. Playing for about 90 minutes to fans spread out in the park on blankets and camping chairs, Rimes belted out hits, including “How Can I Live Without You,” “Blue” and new music from her recent release “Spitfire”.
Rimes made light of her late arrival saying she “got stuck in traffic” and “she got dressed in the car on the way (from Aspen).” The concert concluded with an encore of Johnny Cash’s “Folsom Prison Blues” and an emotional performance of “Hallelujah” by just her and her guitar player sitting on the stage floor.
