A crash slowed traffic on westbound Interstate 70 Friday morning.
The Colorado Department of Transportation said westbound travel was reduced to two lanes on I-70 at Peoria Street due to the crash, which happened just after 6 a.m.
The blockage was in the left lanes, CDOT said.
“Expect significant delays in the area,” CDOT said on its official Twitter account.
Crews cleared the crash before 7 a.m., but residual delays knotted traffic in the area during the morning commute.
