The Denver Metro Chapter of CSA/USA hosts its annual gluten-free vendor fair Aug. 18 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The “Incredible, Edible, Gluten Free Food Fair” hosts more than 100 local and national vendors showcasing new products with demonstrations, samples, coupons and cookbooks.
