DENVER—The South Park Shooting Range in Park County is officially opening with a formal ceremony Saturday.
Colorado Parks and Wildlife says opening day at the shooting range will be free. The normal charge is $10 to use the range per visit.
The shooting range has two 100-hundred yard rifle ranges and two 50-yard pistol ranges. There are plans to add shotgun ranges, longer rifle ranges and archery ranges.
