COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office says a 34-year-old school district employee suspected of having sex with a 17-year-old boy at a party last year has been arrested.
The Colorado Springs Gazette reported ( ) Saturday that Tonya Harris, who works in food service for Falcon School District 49, was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault on a child by someone in a position of trust and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, both felonies.
A tip on Aug. 16 led deputies to Harris, who is accused of having sex with the boy in November.
