1 Raging hormones. A man called police to his home on the 4900 block of West 66th Avenue during a fight with his girlfriend Aug. 11. Police heard the woman yelling down the block. She told them she was 20 weeks pregnant, and that her hormones were “raging.” She was given a summons.

2 Shadow play. Police were called to 8031 Wadsworth Blvd. about a drunken man who was walking around outside Aug. 10. Officers observed the man trying to hug his own shadow on the ground. Police found that the man was court-ordered not to consume alcohol, and he was arrested.

3 Pedestrian aggression. A man called police after another man vandalized his car in the parking lot of Safeway, 12680 W. 64th Ave., on Aug. 9. The victim said he was stopped, waiting for pedestrians to cross the street, when one of them became angry and poured brown liquid on the man’s passenger door. The pedestrian tried to drive away, and the victim followed him until police arrived to give him a summons.

4 Jason, the life coach. Police were called to the Shell Gas Station at West 54th Avenue and Wadsworth Boulevard about a man who was carrying a golf club and wearing a horror movie hockey mask Aug. 1. The man said he was just trying to communicate that people who make mistakes in life can turn things around.

5 Looted engine. A woman called police to her home on the 7900 block of Chase Circle on Aug. 1 when she noticed the catalytic converter on her Jeep was stolen. She estimates that it would cost $1,200 to replace. There are no suspects.
