The rider of a scooter was killed Saturday afternoon after the scooter collided with a vehicle at East 8th Avenue and Quebec Street, Denver Police said on Twitter.
The scooter rider was taken to a nearby hospital and pronounced dead, police said. The rider was not identified.
Police said the incident was not a hit-and-run.
