DENVER—Denver police are looking for the driver involved in a hit-and-run crash that seriously injured a man riding a mo-ped.
Police spokesman John White says the man on the mo-ped was headed north on York Street near East 18th Avenue at about 6 a.m. Saturday when he was struck by a turning car.
The Denver Post reports ( ) investigators are looking for the driver of a green or dark-colored sedan who was seen speeding from the scene.
The victim’s name has not been released.
