BOULDER, Colo.—A 57-year-old Littleton man has pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of unlawful sexual contact with a disabled woman authorities say he met while serving as a chaplain at Lafayette’s Exempla Good Samaritan Medical Center.
As part of a plea deal, a felony charge of aggravated unlawful sexual contact against Katsutoshi Karl Shimada was dismissed.
According to the Boulder Daily Camera ( ), the woman who was assaulted in 2012 is blind and has multiple sclerosis.
