Fresh off being named the 2013 Rising Star by the Fashion Group International of Denver, will present her collection at a trunk show from 6-9 p.m. Sept. 26 at . Wachter, who designed women’s hats and coats in New York before moving to Boulder several years ago, now creates a range of women’s clothing in such fabrics as silk, draped silk jersey and burnout silk and rayon.
