Didn’t you see the sign? A man was cited for trespassing Sept. 11 after he was found by Denver Police sleeping in a nook outside the Denver Athletic Club,1325 Glenarm Place. The man was found sleeping under a large “no trespassing” sign that stated violators would be prosecuted. The suspect had been contacted previously about trespassing.

Laptop not saved at Safeway. A man called Denver Police on Sept. 16 after his laptop was stolen from his car at Safeway, 2660 Federal Blvd. Police learned that the suspect may have gained entry to the vehicle because it was unlocked. The suspect took the laptop from underneath the seat and fled the scene.

Victim jumped on 16th Street. On Sept. 16, a man called Denver Police after he was jumped by three unknown assailants near the intersection of 16th Street and California Street. The victim told police the three men beat him, took his phone and fled west on 16th.

Banned customer refuses to leave. Denver Police were called Sept. 12 after an altercation at Puerto Vallarta’s bar,27 Federal Blvd. According to reports, a customer who had previously been banned from the establishment returned to the premises. After he was identified by an employee, the suspect became agitated and began banging on the door to be let back in.

Medical marijuana lab vandalized. A door window was smashed Sept. 12 at Rocky Mountain Medical Marijuana, 1126 S. Sheridan Blvd. Denver Police responded to the call and learned that an unknown object was used. The door was not breached thanks to a decorative metal insert.
