DENVER—Members of CenturyLink’s largest union will resume negotiations after rejecting a contract covering 12,000 workers.

Talks are set to resume Wednesday after the pact was turned down following months of negotiations.

The union represents 12,000 workers in 13 states, including about 2,000 in Colorado.

The Denver Post () reports the current contract, extended temporarily several times since expiring nearly a year ago, has been extended through Oct. 11.
