SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb.—A Colorado man has been hospitalized following a car crash in the Nebraska Panhandle.
Scottsbluff police say 35-year-old Grant Ross, of Sterling, Colo., was driving eastbound Monday on the South Beltline Highway when he clipped the rear of another eastbound car.
Scottsbluff radio station KNEB reports ( ) the second car was pushed into the median. The car driven by Ross continued east and eventually veered into the parking lot of a nearby business. It struck a parked vehicle, which hit another parked vehicle.
Police believe Ross’ erratic driving was caused by a seizure. Ross is the only person involved in the crash that was injured, and he remains in serious condition at a local hospital.
