DENVER—The U.S. Marshals Service says officials captured a man who is a suspect in two Denver-area bank robberies.
Authorities say officials apprehended Robert Gilmour Estes Monday morning at an Aurora hotel.
The U.S. Marshals Service says Gilmour was declared an escaped federal prisoner because he allegedly failed to report to a residential re-entry center in Denver on Oct. 15. Afterward, authorities say Gilmour became a suspect in two bank robberies and the FBI wanted to question him.
