Needles of meth. On Oct. 26, Englewood police officers stopped a man for jaywalking on the 4800 block of South Broadway . It was then discovered he had an active warrant from Littleton for assault. He was found with a needle with methaphetamine.

Outstanding warrant. On Oct. 22, Englewood police officers responded to the 3600 block of South Pearl Street, where a man was arrested for an outstanding warrant and for possession of methamphetamine in a cigarette carton.

Like stealing candy. On Sept. 26, a Littleton police officers responded to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 6322 S. Lakeview St., where someone had been taking food items, including candy and drinks, from the daycare center, totaling about $100. The reporting party suspected it was teens and asked for increased patrol.

Stolen phone. On Sept. 25, a Littleton police officer was dispatched to the Littleton Police Department, 2255 W. Berry Ave., where a woman reported her son lost his phone during school hours. They tracked it to an apartment building but none of the kids admitted to taking it.

Apartment dispute. On Sept. 22, a Littleton police officer was dispatched to the 800 block of West Belleview Avenue on report of a domestic dispute in which a man was issued a summons for obstructing a peace officer.

Cracked window. On Sept. 19, a Littleton police officer responded to the 100 block of West Ida Avenue, where a woman reported someone had cracked the window on her bathroom in several places but did not attempt to enter the home.
