A 25-year-old woman has been charged with vehicular homicide stemming from an auto-pedestrian incident near downtown Denver.
Andrea Milholm is also charged with vehicular assault, DUI and third-degree assault, according to a Denver district attorney’s office media release.
Milholm is accused of driving while intoxicated at about 2:15 a.m. Oct. 26, when she hit several pedestrians near the intersection of 27th and Walnut streets.
. Two other people were injured.
Milholm is free on a $50,000 bond. Her next Denver court appearance is scheduled for Friday.
