How did you get involved in this business?
I started in high school in a vocational tech school.
What distinguishes you from other businesses in your category?
Ramsey Auto Body is an independent single shop. More and more shops are consolidaters or several location shops. We feel that concentrating on one location will give the consumer better overall satisfaction.
What do you like best about your line of work?
Seeing a car come in its less-desirable state and the joy of inspecting the final product.
What is your business’ biggest challenge?
Competing with big businesses.
