, an exhibit marketing provider, will occupy a 258,000-square-foot facility at Prologis Stapleton Business Center North, said Monday.
Czarnowski will occupy more than 60 percent of the 400,000-square-foot building beginning in August 2014.
The remaining 144,000-square-feet in the same building is currently available for summer 2014 delivery, according to Prologis, a developer of industrial real estate.
Czarnowski has partnered with Prologis before in Las Vegas and Orlando.
Prologis said that the building where Czarnowski will be situated is part of a five-building project which has the “potential to supply a total of approximately 1.2 million square feet of development” in Prologis Park Stapleton.
Prologis Park Stapleton currently has 12 buildings and 2.7 million square feet of existing space.
