
Woman concerned about stalking. On Oct. 30, a woman called the Jefferson County Sheriff’s office to report a possible stalker. She said she awoke at her residence in the 9100 block of West Cross Drive in the Littleton area to a knock at the door. She told police she believed she was being stalked by a man who had a crush on her.
Couple receives threatening texts. Two Jeffco residents called the sheriff’s office after they received threatening texts from former friends. The couple met a deputy at Walgreen’s, 11605 W. Belleview Ave., Littleton, but told him they had deleted the texts. They did not want the other couple contacted, just an extra patrol car at their residence.
Burglary suspected, nothing missing. A woman called the sheriff’s office on Oct. 29 after she suspected someone had been in her house in the 4300 block of South Braun Way, unincorporated Jeffco (Littleton). A deputy contacted the woman, who said she had left the house and later returned to find things out of place. Doors she thought she had locked were unlocked and a bedroom door thought to be closed was open. Nothing was thought to be missing, but a report was filed.
Man missing license plate. A man called the sheriff’s office on Oct. 29 after he discovered one of the license plates had been stolen from his truck in the 10800 block of West Alamo Place in the Littleton area. The victim told police he had his truck parked in the same spot over the weekend and when he went to drive it, he discovered the rear plate was missing.
