Texts from Mexico. On Nov. 5, a Littleton police officer responded to the 5400 block of South Hickory Street, where a woman had received texts from someone in Mexico threatening to tell her son that his stepdad is not his real father if he wasn’t wired money. She was advised to block the number.

Burgulary. On Nov. 4, a Littleton police officer was dispatched to the 5600 block of South Sycamore Street, where someone had tried to break into a house under construction.

Boyfriends fighting. On Nov. 1, a Littleton police officer responded to the 3400 block of Bowles Avenue, where a man said his ex-boyfriend came into his apartment and started yelling at him and hitting him. The man had harassed the victim earlier that morning. He was arrested and booked for harassment.

Broken window. On Oct. 29, A Littleton police officer was dispatched to the 2900 block of West Centennial Drive, where someone had damaged a woman’s apartment window. It would cost about $100 to fix it.

Museum theft. On Oct. 27, a Littleton police officer responded to the Littleton Museum, 6028 S. Gallup St., where a security officer reported someone stole a tent worth $200.

Car fire. On Oct. 27, a Littleton police officer responded to the 5900 block of South Gallup Street, where a man noticed there had been a fire in his car overnight. The officer was unsure if it was from an electrical malfunction or something else, but the damage centered on the stereo. The victim said there had been car break-ins a few months ago.
