FORT COLLINS, Colo.—The driver of a car that hit and killed a Boulder cyclist in Fort Collins has been issued a municipal citation.
Fort Collins police say Bradley Hansen was ticketed on a charge of failing to yield the right-of-way to oncoming traffic when making a left turn.
According to the Boulder Daily Camera ( ), Hansen was driving a pickup truck Oct. 8 when he hit Jim Fogelberg of Boulder.
