
Broomfield-based . on Tuesday said it has filed its intent for a proposed primary and secondary public offering of its Class A common stock.
Noodles said it and certain stockholders of Noodles & Co. plan to sell shares in the offering.
Noodles also expects to enter into an agreement with certain officers of Noodles & Co. to repurchase shares of Class A common stock directly in a private, nonunderwritten transaction.
Noodles said the principal purpose for the offering of shares by the company is to provide capital to repurchase Class A common stock from certain officers of the company.
In May, Noodles filed its intent for a public offering to raise $75 million. Several weeks later, , saying 5,357,143 shares of Class A common stock would be offered at an anticipated price of $13 to $15 a share.
Noodles stock closed Tuesday at $40.10 a share in Nasdaq trading.
