DENVER—Denver police arrested two men suspected of shooting at an employee of a gardening store.
KMGH-TV reports ( ) that police say the suspects were arrested after a short car chase that ended when the Jeep they were in crashed into the porch of a home Thursday.
Police spokesman John White says the men are accused of going to a gardening store in west Denver at about 11 a.m. and asking for an employee by name. Police say when the employee appeared, one of the men fired a shot but missed. The suspects then drove away.
White says the men ran away from the car crash, but were arrested soon after. He says they face attempted murder charges.
The suspects’ names have not been released.
