LAKEWOOD, Colo.—One person has been hospitalized after a fire swept through a Jefferson County home.
KMGH reports that the fire started around 2:30 a.m. Friday in Lakewood ().
Firefighters say smoke alarms woke the family of three. They smelled smoke, escaped the home and called 911.
There was no immediate word on the condition of the victim taken to the hospital.
