• Because of an editing error, Vita Shannon’s pleas to charges in a domestic-dispute case were misreported in a headline Tuesday on Page 9A. The girlfriend of adventurer Aron Ralston pleaded not guilty to all three charges.
• Because of a system error, Pages 5C in Wednesday’s Food and Thursday’s Colorado preprinted sections got swapped. The comics on those two days are thus out of sequence but appear in their entirety.
