Peanut Clusters

Makes about 4 dozen

Note: You may use any combination of chocolate that you like.

Ingredients

  • 36 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 36 ounces bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 48 ounces Spanish peanuts

Preparation

In a glass bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave by microwaving them for 20 seconds at a time and stirring well between each cycle. Repeat until chips are completely melted and smooth. Repeat for the chocolate chips in a separate bowl. Alternatively, use a double boiler to melt the chocolate.

Stir the melted chocolates together. Add peanuts and stir until mixed in. Drop by the tablespoonful on foil-lined cookie sheets. Place in refrigerator until set. Store in sealed containers in the refrigerator or freeze.
