WATKINS, Colo.—Adams County is taking over the money-losing Front Range Airport.
County commissioners said Wednesday they want to ensure the county has a more stable economic future.
According to the Denver Post ( ), a report presented in October by the county’s internal auditor found that the airport is losing at least $184,000 a year.
