A semi truck crashed in Deer Creek Canyon Thursday afternoon and the driver was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries, according to the Colorado State Patrol.
Deer Creek Canyon Road in Jefferson County is closed from Grizzly Drive to South Deer Creek Road so the truck can be towed away. Crews are also cleaning up gasoline that spilled from the truck’s tank.
No other vehicles were involved in the incident, which is under investigation.
