Interview with Dave Kilroy, owner

How did you get involved in this business?

I worked in the restaurant industry when I was younger. I always had this concept in mind, so when I got the opportunity I took it.

What distinguishes you from other businesses in your category?

We use all-natural meats and organic veggies, and can serve you a scratch-made, home-cooked meal in 60 seconds or less. Our menu changes daily, and will also change with the seasons.

What do you like best about your line of work?

I love making great food for people. I have been doing it for my friends for years. Now I get a chance to share it with more people.

What is your business’ biggest challenge?

Getting the word out that we are here.

Something people might be surprised to learn about you or your business:

We strive to keep preservatives and unnatural things out of the food we serve. We even have a Boylan Bottling Company soda fountain because they use pure cane sugar instead of high-fructose corn syrup.
