• HFF announced that it has closed the sale of Encore Highpointe Park, a 220-unit, Class A, garden-style multi-housing community in Thornton. HFF marketed the property on behalf of a joint venture between Encore Enterprises and Inland Private Capital Corp. Asher Investments purchased the property for $40.75 million.
HFF also closed on the sale of Panorama Corporate Center, an 821,242-square-foot, Class A office campus at Interstate 25 and Dry Creek Road in Arapahoe County. The seller was a joint venture between Equity Office and institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management, and the buyer was Miller Global Properties LLC.
• AMG National Trust Bank announced it will build a new national headquarters at the northwest corner of East Caley Avenue and Greenwood Plaza Boulevard in Greenwood Village. Construction on the 45,000-square-foot structure is expected to start in March.
• Brookfield Residential has opened a sales office in Brighton Crossing development at 45th and Bridge streets in Brighton. The homebuilder will offer six floor plans ranging from 1,622 square feet to 2,300 square feet. The first models will be available for viewing in March.
• Century Communities’ Terrain development in Castle Rock was named “Community of the Year” by the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver.
• Northglenn-based Pulse Beverage announced that 160 7-Eleven franchise stores in Texas will begin carrying Natural Cabana Lemonade in the next several weeks.
• Aegis Identity Software Inc., a provider of identity and access-management solutions for the education marketplace, has been named one of the 20 most promising education solution providers by CIOReview Magazine.
• The Gateway Canyons Resort in Gateway has been accepted as a member of Associated Luxury Hotels International. The resort is the only ALHI member in western Colorado.
• Vestas has partnered with Elwood Staffing to expand staffing at three of its facilities in Brighton and Windsor.
• Arvada-based Delta Development Group announced that Delta Disaster Services of Western Colorado of Grand Junction is the newest member of its national franchise system.
