Ahead to spring
Make plans for those pots and garden beds buried under ice and snow as the Denver Urban Gardens Free Seeds & Transplants Program gets underway. Just pick up an application from the Aurora Central Library (14949 E. Alameda Parkway) or the Martin Luther King Jr. Library (9898 E. Colfax Ave.), complete and return it by Jan. 31. Applications may also be picked up from any of the 39 distribution centers located throughout the metro area. Seeds will be available after March 12 and transplants in the middle of May.
