SeedPaths, a Denver startup, is launching to bolster tech talent in Colorado and help create more software developers. The cost of $6,000 covers courses, meals and an RTD bus pass. The company is working with workforce-development centers to offer financial assistance for low-income families. Students can earn up to $1,000 in incentives by completing certain milestones.
