Denver indie-pop act has announced that it will tour with the upcoming sister group ahead of its first full-length on Communion Records.
After a stint in Nashville recording with the Black Keys’ Patrick Carney, the band has recently moved back to Denver. Shortly after the move in 2013, Tennis released the EP “Small Sound.”
HAIM has received universal acclaim for its debut full-length “Days Are Gone.” The 2013 album landed on the top of many year-end lists and earned the band spots on the festival circuit.
Tennis will open for HAIM at the band’s Denver show at the Ogden Theatre on May 21. The Denver show was originally scheduled for the Gothic Theatre, but was upgraded to the larger Ogden after quickly selling out.
