Satya Nadella will be Microsoft's new CEO, the company announced Tuesday.Nadella, 46, will be the company's third CEO, succeeding Bill Gates and Steve Ballmer. Born in Hyderabad, India, Nadella has been with Microsoft for 22 years. He most recently lead the company's cloud and enterprise projects, Engadget reports.Gates also has a new role in the company, and will serve as Microsoft's technology advisor.
