A Fort Collins woman has been cited for investigation of leaving the scene of a fatal accident in the death last month of a man riding a bicycle.
Theresa Marie O’Connor was also charged Thursday with careless driving causing death and failure to notify police of an accident.
On Jan. 25, O’Connor allegedly failed to stop and crashed into the car of Ernesto Jorge Widenbrug.
O’Connor surrendered at the Larimer County Detention Center Thursday and was released on a $2,500 bond.
