As of 7:15 a.m., there were still 19 outages affecting 496 people in Boulder, Denver and Littleton.
Overnight, more than 3,400 people lost power.
The largest outage overnight was in Boulder, where 1,633 lost power at 1:14 a.m. Xcel Energy fixed that outage around 5 a.m.
