
Honda stolen. On Feb. 23, a resident in the 2600 block of Ingalls Street reported that his 1996 black Honda Accord was stolen sometime between 3:30 p.m. Feb. 22 and 1 p.m. Feb. 23.
Domestic violence call. On Feb. 23, Edgewater police officers responded to a residence in the 2100 block of Jay Street regarding a possible domestic violence incident. A 32-year-old female resident of Edgewater was subsequently arrested and jailed for harassment and domestic violence. There were no serious injuries sustained during the incident.
Restraining order violation. Officers responded to a disturbance at a residence in the 1600 block of Sheridan Boulevard on Feb. 23. A 56-year-old Edgewater man was arrested and jailed for violation of a restraining order.
Taco Bell disturbance. Officers responded Feb. 22 to Taco Bell, 1911 Sheridan Blvd., regarding a man refusing to leave the restaurant. A 28-year-old homeless man was arrested for violation of a protection order due to his consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Mobile theft. On Feb. 22, an officer responded to the T-Mobile store at 1921 Sheridan Blvd. regarding the theft of a $739 phone device. The suspects were identified as a white male and white female who fled the store prior to the officer’s arrival. At least one of the suspects in this case may be involved in two similar thefts from T-Mobile stores in Denver on Jan. 13 and 14.
Bike stolen. A $1,200 bicycle was stolen Feb. 21 from a locked bicycle rack in front of Target, 1985 Sheridan Blvd. There are no suspects at this time.
