San Antonio Spurs star Manu Ginobili’s foot went right through his shoe Wednesday in the second quarter of the Spurs’ game against the Detroit Pistons. Ginobili was moving to his left to defend when his foot burst through. With a fresh shoe, Ginobili led San Antonio to a 120-110 win.
