A case is in custody.
Thomas William Asche, 37, was taken into custody about 10 p.m. Sunday and is being held Monday morning at the Weld County Jail, according to a Frederick official.
The Frederick Police Department put out a release Sunday seeking the public’s help in finding Asche.
