Crews allowed a 1,000-pound propane tank to burn off its fuel early Tuesday morning after it exploded at the new Veterans Affairs hospital under construction in Aurora.
The Aurora Fire Department said there , according to a Tweet from its official Twitter account.
It happened around midnight, near East 17th Avenue and Fitzsimons Parkway.
No injuries were reported.
