Oswaldo Lopez, the suspect in the hit-and-run death of an 11-year-old boy, will be arraigned in Denver District Court at 8:30 a.m. on April 11.
Lopez, who is , allegedly hit Michael “Mikey” Espinoza on Federal Boulevard last month as the boy and an older cousin were coming home from a Denny’s restaurant near Sports Authority Field.
Lopez was in court on Monday and waived a scheduled preliminary hearing.
