Along with Cher, Kiss, Def Leppard, Journey, Steve Miller Band and Motley Crue, is the next act added to what’s becoming the summer of the ’70s and ’80s at the . The band has announced a Denver date on its “Let Rock Rule” tour, which features opener Slash with Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators.
We doubt the band will be, “inciting a riot and building the tribal bonfire even higher,” as Steven Tyler oddly said in the tour’s press release. But it might bring in some hilariously-dressed Baby Boomers. The Aerosmith and Slash tour kicks off on July 10 in New York and wraps up on Sept. 9 in Michigan.
Aerosmith plays the Pepsi Center on Aug. 19. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on April 14 and cost $39.50-$149.50.
