The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office Wednesday night apprehended a 41-year-old man suspected of sexually assaulting a child younger than 15.
Joshua David Evans was arrested for alleged sex assault on a child by one in a position of trust, according to the news release from the sheriff’s office.
Evans was arrested at his house in Highlands Ranch.
A tip from a resident led to the arrest, authorities said.
