The Ken-Caryl Ranch Metropolitan District saw its bond issue pass and three incumbents retain seats on the Board of Directors .

Bond Issue 5A, , passed with 62 percent of the vote.

The amenities that will be improved include the ranch house, community center, pool and tennis courts. Some of the structures are nearly 40 years old.

In the election, David Banning and Bob Generoli were re-elected to four-year terms, beating out Patricia Lynch, Mitchell Maulik and Jan Rousselot. Generoli has been serving as the board president, while Banning has been a director.

Jami Jensen was re-elected to a two-year term over Ruth Sundberg and Steven Vidal. Jensen has also been serving as a director.
