1 Shattered glass. On May 12, a Douglas County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to the 9500 block of Pearl Circle in Parker where someone shattered the driver side window of a woman’s car. Nothing inside was missing or disturbed.

2 Broken mailboxes. On May 11, a deputy responded to the intersection of Rhyolite Way and Old Divide Trailin Parker where someone had pried open three large mailboxes with 10-15 individual mail slots. It was unknown if any mail was stolen from the location.

3 Shoplifting. On May 9, a deputy was dispatched to King Soopers, 9551 S. University Blvd.in Highlands Ranch, where a man selected $43 in merchandise, including DVDs, and left without paying for them. A few days later a woman with him at the time tried to return some of the DVDs.

4 Rocks thrown. On May 8, a deputy responded to the 10100 block of Sagecrest Streetin Highlands Ranch where someone had thrown rocks at a man’s truck, damaging the paint and the windows.

5 Vehicle trespass. On May 7, a deputy responded to the Greenland Open Space parking area, 1532 E. Noe Roadin Larkspur, where someone broke a window to a woman’s car and stole her purse along with credit cards, debit cards and cash.

6 Construction theft. On May 5, a deputy was dispatched to a construction site at 8585 Poplar Way in Highlands Ranch where someone broke into a trailer by cutting the lock and stole a Bomag BT 65 Jumping Jack tamper compactor. The tamper was valued at $3,500.
