Internet network consolidator Zayo Group paid roughly $293.5 million for its latest acquisition, London-based Geo Networks. The deal was , though the purchase price wasn’t disclosed until Wednesday .
Boulder-based Zayo said the acquisition will add over 2,100 miles to its fiber-optic network in Europe, connecting nearly 600 buildings. The deal was funded through a combination of cash and a portion of the company’s $250 million revolving credit line.
