At Meridian Village between Lone Tree and Parker, KB Home has ranch plans ready for buyers wanting a great location

Getting your player ready...

From out of the mix of buyers being lured to master-planned Meridian Village, just east of Lone Tree, KB Home is seeing a pattern this spring: “Some of these people buy just because of how well situated Meridian Village is to office campuses in Meridian, Lone Tree and the DTC area,” says KB Home Colorado Division President Matt Mandino. “But what’s even more obvious is the great value they get for such a centrally located community.”
From KB Home’s attractive single-family models in The Vista at Meridian Village, south of Lincoln Avenue three miles east of I-25, the Denver Tech Center is only a ten-minute drive; while Charles Schwab’s fast emerging campus in Lone Tree is seven minutes; and CH2M Hill and Dish in Meridian International Business Center are less than that. But Meridian is also getting buyers, Mandino notes, who like living in Douglas County but are weary of C470 traffic through Highlands Ranch.

With a nice looking pool, central park and trail system, Meridian Village has the same amenities buyers see in Highlands Ranch and other planned communities, but with fewer traffic hassles – an appeal that works for older buyers re-sizing from dated homes, but also younger families who want Douglas County Schools in Parker, and the sports fields and new recreational attractions in west Parker.

Either one of those buyers could end up attracted to a roomy ‘Greenland’ ranch show home you’ll tour. If you like its looks, you’ll find KB Home has another up that street that’s ready now, priced at $430,000. It’s on a corner site, not far from Median Village’s pool, close to trails – showing off a rich exterior stone trim that sets KB Home’s neighborhoods apart from competitors.

The ranch has a gourmet kitchen, and its great room shows a two-sided fireplace that connects to a large, covered outdoor living space. A block away, you can see another ranch set for mid-summer delivery, on a site that allowed KB Home to include a daylight walkout basement, overlooking a trail corridor. Nearby are two family-sized two-story homes underway, both with walkouts, priced from the $480s to $500s.

Mandino notes that KB Home’s buyers are actively using their access to the Light Rail station in Lone Tree to head into downtown Denver for sports or nighttime entertainment. If you have time before needing to move, David Foster and Nancy Haile can tell you about KB Home’s Built-to-Order process that lets buyers choose from thousands of selections to personalize their home.

You can also tour KB Homes’ paired homes at The Villas at Meridian Village from the $260s. Take Lincoln Avenue east from I-25 2.2 miles to Meridian Village Parkway, head south a half mile to Bristleridge Drive, and turn right one block to Kenneth.
